Hematite crystallizes in the form of tubular crystals, rhombohedral and scalenhedral, platty masses, culumner and granular shapes, plate and leaf like layers, rosettes, reniform masses, stalactites patterns, and botryoidal configurations. The color range includes grey to black, brown-red, orange, and red often with a metallic luster.

Garnet crystallizes in dodecahedron and trapezoid crystals and combinations of these two as masses, granules, and plate like layers. Colors range from green, red, yellow, brown, orange, pink, purple, gray, or black. Garnet comes from Latin meaning pomegranate.

amber is a fossilized resin and is usually lustrous golden to yellow-brown, and yellowish white in color; occasionally occurs in red, green, and rarely blue.
Maybe found in the Baltic Sea, Africa, and Mexico.
